Greenlight

Our building and planning teams have implemented a new and simple permit application process called Greenlight.
The Greenlight Online Permit Manager will allow you to submit and pay for your applications online, receive correspondence by email and monitor the status of your applications from start to finish.

Long Day Care

Primarily aimed at 0-6 year olds, long day care is usually based in a centre and the education and care programs are created around the developmental needs, interests and experiences of each child.

St Arnaud Early Learning Centre

The St Arnaud Early Learning Centre is open from 8am-6pm Monday to Friday for 50 weeks each year, the centre is closed for two weeks over the Christmas and New Year period.

Aussie Kindies Early Learning Centre

Aussie Kindies is a long day care facility that operates Monday-Friday from 6.30am-6.30pm (except public holidays).
The centre accommodates children from six weeks of age through to school-age children.
