Jim Nolan

Jim came to Northern Grampians Shire Council in July 2007. Jim holds a Bachelor of (Civil) Engineering, and has more than 20 years experience in local government. He previously held the position of Director Physical Services at Southern Grampians Shire Council and Director Infrastructure & Environment at the Northern Grampians Shire Council. Prior to this, he held various engineering, management and General Manager roles at Glenelg Shire Council.

Jim has responsibility for business and tourism services, grant management and community services and development.

In his spare time, Jim enjoys the AFL, fishing and outdoor recreation.
