In terms of location, Stawell (on the Western Highway) and St Arnaud (on the Sunraysia Highway) are both strategically situated in the heart of the Wimmera's grain belt, with significant market access to a range of agricultural products and service providers.

Also offering rare eco and tourism investment opportunities in a sustainable business environment is Halls Gap in the heart of the Grampians National Park - the third largest national park in Victoria. The township forms a base for tourists to explore the mountain range and its native flora and fauna, as well as outdoor adventure activities, arts and culture, food, shopping and day spas. Identified by Tourism Victoria as a priority Nature Based Tourism Destination, Halls Gap is enjoying increased market awareness as a key Australian Tourist Destination, receiving more than half a million visitors from around the world each year and turning over more than $71 million per annum.
